CLIMATE
The mountain climate with a wide daily and annual temperature range, gives to the wine a unique character and prepares it to evolve surprisingly well in the bottle thanks to its natural acidity.
ALTITUDE
The vineyard is northern facing at an altitude between 1,225 and 1,276 meters
SOIL
Strictly organic cultivation in harmony with the alpine environment of the surrounding forests in coexistence with the great variety of fauna that inhabits the Baixa Cerdanya. Clay loamy soil.
VARIETIES
Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Chardonnay
VINEYARD
The work in the vineyard is meticulous and primarily done by hand. Pruning is carried out at the end of April and the grapes are harvested at the end of October.
